Registration

Welcome to join the 2018 APSafe Conference which will be held from May 10, 2018 to May 12, 2018 at National Taiwan University (GIS NTU Convention Center). The online registration will be available soon!

1.The registration fee will be based on register identity: Student or Non-Student.

    *Non-Student:NTD1000               

    *Student:NTD500

2.Payment Methods:

    Registers can pay by credit cards, ATM transfers, and bank remittances.

3. Deadlines:

    * The deadline for presenters (both oral and poster) will be March 10, 2018. Otherwise, the presentation qualifications will be revoked if not completing registration and making the payment by the deadline indicated above.

    * Please register conference ASAP, available seats are LIMITED now.

4.Refund policy:

Those who registered and made payment expect to cancel the registration should be responsible to send a request thru the email address indicated. And, the deadline for refund application will be May 02, 2018.

5.The registration receipt will be available on May 10, 2018.

For presenters from outside Taiwan, we will provide a 3-day post-conference field trip (optional) to the Xitou Nature Education Area http://www.exfo.ntu.edu.tw/sitou/cht/ at the special rate of USD 200. There is limited space available for the field trip; pleaseregister now to secure your spot. Please write to [email protected] for detailed information.

歡迎報名「2018 亞太地區農糧與食物倫理研討會」(2018 APSafe Conference), 本研討會將於2018年5月10日(星期四)至5月12日(星期六)於國立臺灣大學(集思台大會議中心)舉行。(活動當日,恕不接受現場報名)

1.活動費用:

    *非學生:NTD1000               

    *    學生:NTD500

2.繳費方式: 信用卡付款、國內ATM轉帳、銀行匯款(由公司電匯)

3. 報名與繳費:

    * 論文發表:請於107/3/10 前完成報名及繳費,否則將撤銷發表資格。

    * 一般報名者:請儘速完成報名及繳費,未完成繳費手續者將列入候補名單。

4.退費機制:

    *已完成繳費手續因故欲取消報名者,應以Email方式通知活動聯絡人。

    *2018/5/02 24:00後取消報名將不予退費,活動當日,恕不接受退費申請。

5.發票開立日期為活動當天,並於現場領取發票證明聯。如需開立公司發票請於報名時填寫統一編號。
